New Drinks and Old Favorites
It's almost patio season in Columbia, and what’s patio season without great drinks?
Coley's American Bistro, located at 15 South 6th Street, is ready for spring with a returning and revamped drink menu.
The menu features new and seasonal drinks, but you’ll still find old favorites that you’ve loved in the past.
Many of the drinks are creative spins on classic, well-known cocktails using flavor-packed infusions and local ingredients. Any infusions like the hopped vodka and bacon-jalapeño vodka for the bloody mary are done in-house, and produce used for garnish is purchased locally.
The new menu is also restructured in a way that helps new customers or those looking to try something new find the perfect drink. Organized into six sections (savory, stiff, mules, bubbles, charming and fresh-squeezed), customers can find a drink suited for them in a category they know fits their taste.
Front house manager and bartender Kaitlyn Arnold created the menu and named the items after ingredient-fitting song titles.
