St. Patricks Day at The Wolf's Head Tavern
Head chef Trey Quinlan studied in Ireland after he attended culinary school and the team at The Wolf's Head Tavern is dedicated to providing a genuine Irish experience in everything they do, from the name of the restaurant to the events they host.
"There are not gonna be four leaf clovers and no one will be dressed as leprechauns. We think that is kind of silly," says owner Aaron Warren. "We might hang an Irish flag outside. That'll be about it."Three Irish dishes will be served on St. Patrick's Day. While these items are always on the menu, only a limited menu featuring these dishes and a few other special Irish treat will be available on March 17.
Fish and chips -
Bangers and mash -
Corned beef and cabbage -
Sides of roasted potatoes and tangy Irish slaw will accompany the main dishes.
Of course, there will also be drink specials to chase down your meal.
Drink specials include: $6 car bombs, Nitro Guinness with house-made Irish cream and Jameson. As always, their $5 beer and shot will be going on (domestic bottles and cans and select liquor.)The Wolf's Head Tavern will be open from 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 a.m. so stop in and celebrate!
