Foodstock Solar Eclipse Festival

Foodstock Solar Eclipse Festival

On August 21, a Solar Eclipse will make Columbia go dark for the first time since 1979. Columbia is directly in the path of the eclipse and it will be the perfect place to experience this phenomenon. While the sun will be covered for a little over two minutes, Columbia has an event that lasts all day.

To celebrate the eclipse, local charity sponsors, Serve It Up CoMO, have partnered with six nonprofits to host Foodstock Solar Eclipse Festival. The event will be held at Corporate Lake Dr, Columbia, MO 65203 and will be open to all ages with free admission. It will run from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. and there will be plenty of food, drinks, activities and live music all day.
