Main Squeeze proudly serves natural foods with over 80% of organic menu items. Their food is fresh and prepared simply. No microwave, no deep fryer, ever. Reverse osmosis filters all of their water for cooking and drinking. Supporting more than a dozen farms within 50 miles and composting 100% of food waste, they are extremely eco-friendly. Each contribution is matched, dollar for dollar, to buy organic produce for the Central Missouri Food Bank. It is Main Squeeze's pleasure to serve organic, plant-based, nutrient-dense, sustainably produced, lovingly prepared meals. A colorful, fresh and vegetarian menu is accompanied by a colorful atmosphere, fresh ingredients and a friendly staff.
