They are able to offer free range meats, local and organic produce, and grass-fed dairy. Only the best ingredients are used to craft their ales, including organic barley and fresh hops in order to ensure optimum quality. Their brewers work tirelessly through every step of the brewing process to make sure patrons are satisfied with every pint. They love to experiment with new ideas and recipes allowing them to provide a wide variety of craft beers. Since they opened their doors, they have brewed over 30 different styles. Aside from their craft beer selections, they also pride themselves on serving fresh and local ingredients on their rotating seasonal menu. They offer an eclectic menu ranging from hand tossed pizzas to creating evening features inspired from cuisines around the world.
